Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize discrepancies
• Comply with company policies while ensuring document and data security

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register
• Safely operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties
• Interpret and apply company policies and procedures
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Stay organized, detail-oriented, follow instructions, and multitask effectively

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience preferred
