Aldi is looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the team and play a vital role in maintaining the store's operations. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the cleanliness of the store. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with the ALDI team, you will enhance the overall shopping experience for customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering, stocking, and cleaning tasks efficiently and with attention to detail.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute to maintaining inventory accuracy and minimizing losses through adherence to company policies.
• Provide feedback on products and customer experiences to enhance service quality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Prior work experience in retail is preferred.
