Job Description

We are looking to hire a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the store. Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain clean and organized store displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assistance to shoppers.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and adhere to cash handling procedures.
• Perform general cleaning duties and follow company policies and procedures.
• Additional tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating cash registers and store equipment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
