Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's success by merchandising products, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a tidy store appearance.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays accurately and efficiently.
• Follow company policies and procedures to uphold store security and confidentiality.
• Participate in inventory management tasks and provide feedback to management.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
