Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is merchandised, stocked, and maintained to deliver an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store by stocking shelves and merchandise displays.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate feedback to the management team.
• Conduct inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures diligently.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
