Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, cleaning, and collaborating with team members to enhance the overall shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure proper product displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in store inventory counts and maintain cash handling procedures.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while safeguarding documents and data.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Proficient in providing courteous customer service and operating a cash register.
• Capable of safely using store equipment and performing cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team or independently.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask efficiently.
• Familiarity with retail environments is preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.
