Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full Time Store Associate to join Aldi's team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store maintains a welcoming environment for customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, stocking shelves, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.

Qualifications

• 18 years old or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and safely handle equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
