Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their needs
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Give feedback on products, inventory, and any issues
• Participate in store inventory counts according to guidelines
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures
• Follow company policies while ensuring security and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Proficiency in cash register operations and equipment handling
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and work in a team environment
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
