Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring impeccable store presentation, providing top-notch customer service, and collaborating effectively with the ALDI team.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate clearly with team members and store management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational matters
• Conduct store inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Follow cash handling procedures and company policies

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Ability to uphold company standards for cleanliness and service
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Prior retail experience (preferred)
