Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure the store operates efficiently.

Position Details

• Average Hours: 32-40 per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Provide feedback to management on product inventory and store issues.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures for cash handling and security.
• Participate in store inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Perform general cleaning duties to uphold company standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
