Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week) and play a key role in maintaining the store's operations. As a Store Associate, you will merchandise and stock products, operate the cashier, and ensure the store is clean and organized to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and retail equipment.
• Ability to provide courteous service and follow company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Demonstrate attention to detail, organization, and multitasking skills.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Compliance with state and local regulations for alcohol sales, if required.
