Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures
• Comply with company policies and procedures while upholding security and confidentiality standards
• Perform other assigned duties as needed

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment
• Perform general cleaning duties to company standards
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Work independently and within a team environment
• Stay organized, detail-oriented, and multitask effectively
• Meet state and local requirements for handling alcoholic beverages
• Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred
