Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the vibrant team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store operates smoothly by merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain tidy merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute feedback on products and store operations.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
