Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Report product feedback and monitor inventory accuracy
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and cash handling

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate cash registers and equipment efficiently
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Prior retail experience is preferred
