Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the Aldi team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and collaborating with team members to provide exceptional customer service. This role offers an opportunity to work 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $18.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers with their experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Keep track of inventory accurately and adhere to cash policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
