Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking shelves, operating cash registers, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Operate cash registers efficiently and accurately
• Safely operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties
• Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
