Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service, collaborating with team members, and upholding company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Follow company policies, ensure document confidentiality, and complete assigned duties.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation.
• Capable of operating equipment and performing cleaning duties.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently.
• Meet state and local requirements for alcohol sales.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
