Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with the Aldi team to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties, stock shelves, and maintain neat merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Conduct inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to company cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment efficiently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
