Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
• Participate in store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
