Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining the store's appearance, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash registers efficiently and accurately.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Knowledge of operating equipment like a cash register and floor scrubber.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
