Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store runs smoothly by managing merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness standards. Your exceptional customer service skills and ability to collaborate with team members will contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively with the team
• Offer feedback on products, monitor inventory, and participate in inventory counts
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and ensure document security
• Perform other assigned duties as needed

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Ability to follow company policies, provide top-notch customer service, and work independently or in a team
• High school diploma preferred along with retail experience
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
