Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, serving customers, and supporting your colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately.
• Experience in retail environment preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
