Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Responsibilities

- Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and stock shelves neatly.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visits.
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
- Participate in store inventory counts and maintain accuracy in stock levels.
- Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
- Comply with established company guidelines and maintain confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
- Capability to perform general cleaning tasks to company standards.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking efficiently.
