Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. By providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the Aldi team, you will contribute to enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately
• Excellent communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
