Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. This position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively with the team.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and overall store operations to management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy in stock levels.
• Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses and follow company procedures.
• Perform general cleaning duties according to company standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of interpreting and applying company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred with retail experience as a bonus.
