Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate, working 32-40 hours per week. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean store environment, and ensuring efficient merchandising and stocking processes.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills in all aspects of your role.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively within the team.
• Offer feedback on products, manage inventory, and ensure accuracy in store counts.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and uphold company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in customer service and operating a cash register.
• Ability to lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
