Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Job Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate our core Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure neat merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies
• Follow company procedures and policies while ensuring document security
• Perform other assigned duties

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Prompt and courteous customer service skills
• Efficient operation of a cash register
• Safe and proper equipment handling
• Ability to interpret and apply policies
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
