Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness.

• Average Hours: 32-40 per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure store operations run smoothly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Stock shelves, process customer purchases, and handle cash transactions.
• Contribute to inventory management and reporting.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties.
