Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, maintain a clean store, and neatly arrange merchandise displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of interpreting and applying company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
