Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of in-store tasks such as merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Conduct store inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Work well independently and in a team setting.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
