Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by ensuring the store is well-merchandised, stocked, and clean. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, collaborating with team members, and providing exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficient in operating cash registers
• Adequate physical ability to stock shelves and move merchandise
• Great communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Prior retail experience preferred
