Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store maintains its excellent standards of merchandising, customer service, and cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
- Handle customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Assist in inventory management and adhere to cash policies and procedures.
- Perform general cleaning duties and operate equipment efficiently.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register accurately and safely.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
