Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers with their needs
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management
• Conduct inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and uphold company procedures
• Perform additional tasks as required

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
