Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking product, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. By providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the team, you will ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and cash register skills
• Ability to operate store equipment and complete cleaning tasks
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous retail experience is a plus
