Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the Aldi team to deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) required for the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly organize shelves and merchandise displays.
• Provide top-notch customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and issues, and participate in inventory counts following guidelines.
• Adhere to cash handling policies, company procedures, and maintain confidentiality of data and documents.
• Perform physical tasks including stocking shelves, lifting up to 45 pounds, and moving around the store.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills, organization, and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience desirable.
