Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. As a Store Associate, you will collaborate with the ALDI team, demonstrate our core competencies, and deliver outstanding customer service.

• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment.
• Assist customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute feedback on products and inventory.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
