Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service, maintaining product displays, and ensuring the store is clean and organized.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and assist customers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and work efficiently.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
