Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising products, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and stock shelves
• Assist customers with their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and issues
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
