Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join Aldi, a leading retail company. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's proper merchandising, stock management, cashiering, and overall cleanliness. Your dedication to providing exceptional customer service and collaborating effectively with the ALDI team will contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the M.A.P. Mindsets and ALDI Acts Competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Assist customers, communicate with team members, and provide feedback to management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Follow company policies, ensure document security, and perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Proficiency in customer service, cash register operation, and equipment handling.
• Ability to interpret policies, communicate effectively, and work both independently and in a team.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to multitask efficiently.
• Meet all state and local requirements for alcohol sales (if applicable).

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
