Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our vibrant team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store operates smoothly and delivers exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, cleaning, and collaborating with the ALDI team.

Key Details

• Job Type: Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and M.A.P.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Conduct inventory counts, ensure accuracy, and adhere to cash handling policies
• Follow company policies, uphold security, and confidentiality standards

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Operate a cash register efficiently
• Safely operate equipment and perform cleaning duties
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
• Equivalent combination of education and experience
