Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, operating a cash register, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store. You will collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Process customer purchases and provide excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.
• Follow established company policies and procedures while upholding security and confidentiality standards.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience is a plus.
