Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join Aldi's team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, customer-friendly, and operates smoothly. Your responsibilities will include merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Position Details

• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
• Follow company policies, ensure data security, and perform assigned duties.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Good customer service and cash register operation skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience is a plus.
