Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring efficient store operations.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain product displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers throughout their experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute to inventory management and cash handling procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Previous retail experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
