Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store. Your dedication to providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with the team will ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain clean store appearance
• Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Prior retail experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent
