Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store, and collaborating effectively with the ALDI team. This position offers 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate clearly with team members and store management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory management
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
• Follow all company policies while maintaining document security and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Efficient cash register operation skills
• Ability to use equipment such as hand jacks and floor scrubbers
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
