Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to offer customers an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Information

• Job Type: Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain neat merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies
• Adhere to company policies while ensuring data security

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment
• Knowledge of retail policies and procedures
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
