Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join Aldi, a leading retail company. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store’s appearance, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with the team to ensure an exceptional shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases.
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays with precision.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping.
- Work closely with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Contribute valuable feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
- Follow company policies and procedures to uphold store security and confidentiality.
- Participate in inventory counts and maintain accuracy.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
- Meet state and local requirements for handling and selling alcoholic beverages.
