Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Collaborating with the ALDI team, providing exceptional customer service, and working efficiently with a positive attitude are key responsibilities for this position.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain a clean store environment, and neatly stock shelves and displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and store operations
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies
• Follow company policies, procedures, and security measures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Customer service and cash register operation experience
• Ability to operate equipment and adhere to cleaning standards
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Capability to work independently and in a team setting
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
