Job Description

Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate, working 32-40 hours per week. As a vital member of the team, your responsibilities will include merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and provide excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with team members, communicate effectively with management, and provide feedback on products and inventory.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and comply with company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and safely handle equipment.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma preferred, with prior retail experience as a bonus.
