Job Description

Join our team at Aldi as a Full-Time Store Associate working 32-40 hours per week. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and provide exceptional customer service.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold store security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
